You are offered the option of returning your speaker for up to two weeks after you receive it, for any reason, for a refund of your purchase price. The idea is to remove the risk for you, when buying a product sight-unseen. If you choose to return your speaker, and return it in mint condition, your risk is limited to the price of return shipping.

This doesn’t mean that our two week trial should be used as a substitute for hiring equipment. Return a speaker with beer spilt all over it or other signs of wear and tear and you won’t get a full refund.

Speakers must be returned in mint condition in the original carton with shipping materials and manuals. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund the cost (if any) of returning the speaker to mint condition.
