We offer a two week trial period on most of our products. The exceptions are instruments and consumables (for example, strings and the like).

You are offered the option of returning an item for up to two weeks after you receive it, for any reason, for a refund of your purchase price. The idea is to remove the risk for you, when buying a product sight-unseen. If you choose to return an item - and return it in mint condition - your risk is limited to the price of return shipping.

This doesn’t mean that our two week trial should be used as a substitute for hiring equipment. Return an item with beer spilt over it or any other signs of wear and tear and you won’t get a full refund.

Items must be returned in mint condition in the original carton with shipping materials and manuals. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund the cost of returning an item to mint condition.
